(“PGN,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information of members who use the PinnPlace Community software application, including both mobile and web access (the “App”). This Policy supersedes and replaces any general website privacy policy with respect to the App.
We care deeply about your privacy. As an exclusive network for top-tier CEOs, we recognize the sensitive nature of the information you share. Your business and personal information will not be sold or shared with external third parties except as specifically noted below. We are committed to transparent and fair data collection practices to ensure you feel secure and safe within the App.
We collect information from you through your direct input and automatically during your use of the App to facilitate mentorship, collaboration, and community.
A. Information You Give Us (Directly Contributed)
This information is collected when you register, set up your profile, use App features, or communicate with your mentor and peers:
Account & Profile Data: Your name, associated company name, postal address, time zone, email address, social media channels, phone number, password, and demographic information (such as your gender).
Profile Content: You have the option to add or change a profile picture (not required) and provide a brief professional introduction.
Collaborative Content & Messaging: The primary utility of the App is for you to work collaboratively on your business with your PGN Mentor and peer Mastermind Group. We collect any content, comments, private messages, and files you upload, which are key components of working on your business.
B. Information Automatically Collected (Usage Data)
We automatically log user activity to ensure the App is secure and functions optimally:
Activity Logs: Device used, computer operating system, browser type, browser language, the website you visited before navigating to the App, pages viewed, duration of page visits, access times, and information about App feature use (e.g., interaction with tools and resources).
Cookies: We may log information using "cookies" (small data files stored on your hard drive). We use both session Cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent Cookies (which remain until deleted) to understand and save your preferences, recognize your browser, and deliver a more personal and interactive experience.
We use the personal and business information collected to deliver the high-value services of the Pinnacle Global Network:
Personalize & Improve Experience: To personalize your experience and continuously improve, operate, and maintain the App and associated services.
Service & Support: To respond to comments, questions, and provide elite customer service; to send information, including confirmations, notifications, security alerts, invoices, and support and administrative messages.
Strategic Communication: To communicate about PGN programs, promotions, upcoming exclusive events, and other news about the App and services offered by us.
Mentorship Utility: To enable the App's core function: allowing you to work collaboratively with your PGN Mentor and peer group on your business goals and challenges.
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company or entity for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than our sharing personal information in the following strategic ways:
Within the App Community: Certain profile information is viewable by other verified PGN members to facilitate networking and collaboration.
Trusted Third Parties: We share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our App, conducting our business, or servicing you, under the strict condition that such parties agree to keep your information confidential.
Legal Compliance: To comply with lawful requests, legal processes, enforce our App policies, or protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety.
Business Transfers: To execute or negotiate the transfer or sales of all or a part of our assets or entity, including but not limited to any merger, financing, acquisition, or bankruptcy transaction or proceeding.
Aggregated Data: We may share aggregated and/or anonymized data with others, such as through aggregated insights reports on business trends, which contains no personally identifiable information.
With Explicit Consent: We will share your personal information only with your explicit consent. For example, you may choose to let us share specific personal information with external sites or contacts. All requests to share information about you are explicitly prohibited unless specific approval is received.

B. Content Retention
In the event that you leave the Pinnacle Global Network, your content contributed, including collaborative content and messaging, will be removed from all accessible areas of our system within 3 months of your membership termination date.
By using the PinnPlace Community App, you consent to this Privacy Policy. Please also visit our Terms of Service section that establishes use rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability governing the use of this App.
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time without notice. If we make any material changes, we will change the Last Updated date above and may notify you directly. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified Policy.
